La muerte de Prince conmocionó a millones de personas en el mundo y entre ellos a muchos artistas que empezaron a inundar las redes sociales con homenajes a una de las leyendas musicales más importantes de la industria.

Fue precisamente lo que hizo el guitarrista estadounidense Andrew Watt de la banda California Breed al expresar su dolor y admiración por el artista.

El último de los más grandes artistas vivos…  Mi ídolo con la guitarra… Su conexión con todos los instrumentos y un aura sexual trascendente… El mundo es mucho menos ‘cool’ sin él paseando”, escribió.

Los seguidores de Prince inmediatamente se molestaron con el joven canadiense y empezaron a responder.

Una oleada de criticas se vinieron encima, con calificativos como “idiota”, “egoista”, pues muchos concluyeron que las palabras del cantante hacían referencia a su envidia, como indica El Nacional.
